Delivery

 

UK Standard Delivery is £2.94.

 

Free UK Delivery on Orders of £75 and over.

 

We use Evri Tracked, you will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been despatched. Please allow 4/5 working days for delivery.

 

We will try to post Items, ordered before 2 pm, the same day, and as soon as possible after an order is placed, althought due to circumstances it may not always be possible possible.  Otherwise it will be posted the next working day.

 

 

 

Returns

 

Return any purchased item, for any reason. We are confident that will love your purchase, however, there may be times when this is not the case.  For whatever reason, be it the wrong size, fit or an unwanted gift.

 

When trying on any items please ensure that underwear is worn.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.   

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging.  

 

Package up your return securely, and include the completed returns form, be sure to include the order number & reason for return.  Post the item to us. 

 

We strongly advise you return the item to us via a tracked service please keep proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items returned to us.

 

Returns should be sent to 9 Orchard Crescent, Sheffield, S5 9GG.

 

Please note, we only refund the value of the items themselves, we do not offer refunds on postage fees.  Also, return costs are, at all times, the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an item being damaged, when return fees will be refunded.  However, in the case of a damaged item please contact us in the first instance by emailing CustomerServices@clobberclozet.co.uk, along with a photo of the damage, to let us know, prior to returning, we will then contact you to advise how to proceed.  

 

If your order qualified for free delivery, and your order is part returned for a refund, where the value of the order does not then meet the free delivery threshold, the delivery charge of £2.94 will be deducted from the value of the refund.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we have received and checked your returned item(s), and if everything is in order we will let you know that the return has been approved.  Once approved you will be issued a refund within 14 days. 

 

 

Damages and issues

 

Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can rectify any issues.

 

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, pierced jewellery, underwear or pre-owned items, unless they are found to be damaged on receipt.
